To promote community response to shared human aspirations while considering the specific relationships of communities to a larger society.

Pueblo Partisans is a nongovernmental organization based in Canada and the United States. Its focus is development work with communities in Guatemala. Pueblo Partisan members have worked collaboratively with Guatemalan communities since 1978. Current involvements occur in both urban and rural environs that have predominantly aboriginal and migrant populations in particular circumstances, and with mixed populations in others.
