We are a registered animal charity which takes in and re-homes unwanted and abandoned animals.
We help and support people on low incomes to neuter their pets and provide food for their animals for a limited period, funds permitting. We never put a healthy animal to sleep, provided that it can be expected to have a good quality of life and ONLY on expert veterinary advice. We give all our animals in our care the love and attention they deserve, while educating the public in caring for their pets correctly. We vaccinate and neuter pets to help prevent unwanted litters. All our animals are checked by Tameside Veterinary clinic. All prospective new homes are vetted to ensure suitability for animal ownership. We have helped various types of animals, not just cats and dogs, but also lizards, mice, hamsters, fish and many more!
