Living India seeks to become the nation-wide multi-faith coalition builder working with NGO's, government agencies, and faith communities in the urgent task of HIV/AIDS education and compassionate service. We also seek to express the urgency of India's growing HIV/AIDS crisis to the Indian communities living outside her boundaries.

Living India is an emerging NGO based in Hyderabad, South India and the United States whose purpose is to create opportunities for multi-faith and government coalitions to serve and educate the people of India about HIV/AIDS. These coalitions are responding to the crisis and the need for urgency as the nation struggles to stop the spread of the virus, educate people, care for those who are sick and dying, and supporting those family members left behind, most especially the children. Living India will work to establish a core HIV/AIDS education/prevention curricula to be used throughout the education systems of India. Working together with local government, village leaders, and faith communities we must break the cycle of stigma and shame attached to those living with HIV/AIDS.
