The goal of the Larry D. Large Foundation is to assist the wonderful people of Puerto Peñasco in five principle areas - Education, Health Care, Family Support, Community Support and Housing.

The Larry D. Large Foundation was created in 2001 as a US tax deductible 501(c)(3) charity to give back to the community, primarily in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico. Since it's founding in 2001 the Foundation has provided in excess of $1.75 million US dollars in support to the community of Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico (Rocky Point). The 2007 Cinco de Mayo event raised more than $104,000 to help fund our programs. In 2006, 96% of funds received went directly to our programs. The Foundation has no expenses for personnel as ALL STAFF are volunteers.
